Horrible Business. They called me because they wanted to buy my car. They agreed on a price over the phone and then went back on their offer after I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. They told me the computer wouldnt read on my car and that their technitians could not figure out what was wrong with it. They said if I drove it home and had it fixed by a dealership that they would buy it for the originally agreed upon price. Turns out that it was just a blown fuse and when I informed them that it was fixed the next day, they still would only offer me the lower price that they offered me at the dealership. $4000 less than they had agreed upon if it was fixed. A complete waste of time and money. Poor customer service!!!!!!

This was the worst place to by a car ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We bought a car and two months later it needed to go to the shop. They did not make it good. Also we bought a warranty and they were no help when it was not covered. They made promises from the get go and did not keep. I would NEVER buy a car from them again!! BEWARE!!!!!!! So we are trying to cancel warranty and getting run around, I so wish we would of did our homework. But we trusted people that we shouldn't of. The Carriage Nissian Dealer in Gainesville fixed the car for 675.00 and was very nice and helpful....had the car ready the next day, I give them five stars!!!!!!!!!!! So please if you need a car I wouldn't even consider these people .... Wayne Anderson salesman. I give them No stars!! I couldn't get the one star to clear.

Worst place i have ever went to sorry service and nobody was willing to help us out i get better service at a fast food restaurant and the sales man and woman are horrible

Don't buy a car from these people! They will make you wait forever to sign papers, and they will lie. They told us there was an extra key to our vehicle at the other location, which we expected to get ASAP. But then after a week or so, we called and we got the run around. They said the would look for it and call me back....which they never did. Then after several more attempts to call, they said that they didn't have the extra key, and that they would let me buy one from them for $100---no way. And since I was told they had the extra key during the paperwork, they didn't give us a "we owe" to make one....During this whole situation, they were super rude on the phone, they would not answer the phone, and they would hang up on you. So, after 2 months of getting the run around...we have nothing to show for it. This dealership is unprofessional and should go out of business.

I bought an Infiniti G35 from them and everything went well for about a week until everything in the engine started going wrong. First the radiator blew and the mechanics at kauffman told me there was a lot of stuff on the car that looked like it was half assed to cover up to try and sell. I asked the dealer to help me with the repairs and they did nothing whatsoever. I'm hoping the car doesn't have anymore problems. Long story short, their 120 point inspections are not up to par an buying a car from this place is a big risk. Sincerely,

Very happy with Auto gallery. Very friendly salesman Rick, 2nd car from them, worked with me on payment amount and honored a lower online price then what the lot price was. Only one thing they should fix is they charge a 3% fee if making payment with a debt/ credit card. Why make ppl pay more for making payments and making them on time. Other then that very happy with car and very happy with dealership. Would highly recommend.
