General Info

Meridian, a private, non-profit organization, has its roots in the community mental health movement that began in the 1960s to bring education about mental illnesses and substance use disorders and treatment for those affected to the local level. Created as a tax-exempt entity in 1972, Meridian has been a part of the lives of thousands as we provide a safety net for those in crisis, a source of effective treatment, and a contributor to the health of the entire community.
