Did a metal roof repair at our church that several other contractors unsuccessfully attempted to repair. Crosier fixed it their first trip out. Highly recommend.

In the spring of 2007 I had my roof replaced by Crosier & Sons. In the summer of 2008 I had solar panels added to the roof of my house & insisted that the mountings for the solar panels be done by Crosier & Sons because I ASSUMED that they would do it correctly. WRONG!!!!!! Now ever time we get a hard rain I have water dripping inside my house some place. Today 11/30/2008, it is dripping from the light fixture in my kitchen. Since the big rain, the first after the solar panels were mounted, we have has a mold & mildew problem in both of my bathrooms. Today when I went up on the roof to put a tarp to hopefully provide a temporary fix I noticed that there is an inch of water standing in the center of the roof, I don't think that this is right. I originally went to this company because they were highly recommended from 3 different people. Sid Sanders

I hired this company to put a new roof on my house to the tune of over $11,000. It boils down to this:-There was no communication while waiting for months for them to show up-Upon completion, they left 12 bags of shingles on the roof, and had to be called again to come and remove them-Thousands of nails, screws, staples, and jagged pieces of metal were left in the yard which I cleaned up-Staples ended up in the pool which rusted and left stains-Some of the gutters were left unattached and nearly ripped totally off in a rain storm, I fixed them-A large leak developed during the same storm, and while they did show up quickly to repair the leak, I was told twice that some one would come by to paint the large stains on the ceiling-3 calls and a month later and no one has called me back or shown up to take care of the stainIt wasn't a total disaster, but the things they did right aren't worth mentioningI would not hire this company again or recommend them to anyone.
