Whatever you do, NEVER EVER even consider booking this place for a party!!! THE WORST experience I had in a birthday party!!!! Ever!!!!! They booked my party for the wrong date and I showed up with my 50 guests and were told our party was the next day. Of course never got an email confirmation to catch their error because they misspelled my email address (even though I went there personally to book the party and was over for no less than 15 minutes discussing my party options). To accommodate the situation they gave us exactly two tables in the middle of their play area half hour AFTER the party time had started (yes, my guests were waiting that half hour too). The owner was so rude and was bringing our little guests (literally carry those kids over or pull them by the hand) to my husband and I saying that she is unable to control them running everywhere in the place (REALLY? What expectations do you have for a party for 5 year old kids and younger siblings????) soon enough she felt overwhelmed with the number of people in the place and started taking back the balls from my guests ending their play sessions way ahead of time!!! When the owner was asked why the play sessions were being ended ahead of time, the owner started yelling at us that she is unable to control the situation with the many kids on ground. My guests felt unwelcome and left before they even tried the cake. To top the most horrible birthday party I would probably throw my entire life, they charged us full price even though we didn't have a room and no tables to eat and were by the entrance looking so ridiculous in the middle of the room with our stuff scattered on the floor and jammed on top of each other!!!! Full freaking price for what????? I would NEVER go there again and NEVER recommend this place for no one!!!! As matter of fact they should probably close their business until they learn how to handle customers and how to manage their parties!!!!!!!
