Extremely poor service-call backs rarely exist-waits are forever and they can't even keep track of the changes done to the prescribed medicines of their own staff-I thought that pain management was to ease the patient fears of the so called clock watching-instead time is spent disputing their own miscalculations-not adding to the stress(which increases pain).

This is the BEST spine center in Maryland. I have been to several other practices and the desk staff, nurses, and physicians here are warm, caring and provide outstanding medical care. I would recommend this practice to anyone. They are amazing!

I have recently switched to Maryland Spine Center due to poor service at another Pain Management Center. My first visit was on a busy day and I know they were short staffed.However I was treated very nicely and proffesionally. My first visit I actually had more than 5 minutes with Dr Torres. He was very thorough and spent time going over all my history, options etc. At most places this is done by the Physicians Assistant. I also had my first Diagnostic Surgery. The Maple Lawn Center was Clean, Friendly, Effeceint and help to ease my anxiety. I feel fortunate to have found this practice and would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Gunawardane and Dr. Torres have taken pain management to a different level. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. But what separates them from the rest is their precision and satisfaction of patients.
