At Guardian Storage, we offer personal entry codes, computer monitoring and recording of unit and gate activity, full HD security cameras and 24/7 digital video recording, security lighting, gated and keyed access points. We employ regular professional pest control treatments, professional cleaning services and full-time maintenance on-staff. All units are cleaned and treated with pest-control prior to a new tenant moving in.​ Guardian offers a 10% student discount to students of Cal State Fullerton and other colleges. Guardian Storage is located five minutes from the CSUF campus, down State College Blvd.

Amenities

Use your own disklock to secure your storage unit or storage locker (if you do not have a disklock we will supply you with one). Each storage unit is individually alarmed with its own motion sensor connected to our computer system; deactivated only with your own personal access code. The storage facility is behind a passcode-protected gate. Units in the yard (excluding drive-up units) are behind locked steel doors (most upstairs units are behind two) and extended-hours halls are also protected by an infrared motion-sensor alarm system. All motion sensor and gate activities are monitored and recorded at the office. Our facility features extensive security lighting as a night-time deterrent. Our security camera system features all HD, 1080p (33) and 720p (5) cameras and long-term digital recording. Our 38 high-definition cameras are placed all around the facility to maximize our monitoring capabilities. Recording takes place on three independent systems.
