We moved from Fruita to the Denver area over six years ago. We went to several vets and never found one who could replace Bob. I now drive 250 miles over the mountains to bring my pets to Bob for any serious matters. He has taken amazing care of our dogs.

My first visit to Desert Springs Veterinary Service was with my step-mother for her little dog. I found Dr. Bob to be knowledgable, kind, and very friendly. However, the lady at the front desk was less than friendly. In fact, I found her manner to be short and rude. It is stange to find that people that deal with the public in certain jobs(such as working in the front office) struggle with basic civility. I have a feeling that the veternarian is great- but the front office personel is taking away from the overall satisfaction of the visit to this clinic. 3 out of 5 stars rating- for the unfriendly way in which the front office related to myself and my family on our first visit.
