Love That Door by Rachel Dunlap in Southlake. First off I hate writing reviews...Love That Door asked me, they wanted me to share my experience. Not paid, and not discounted. The service is incredibly, the artistic ability from the guy who draws the doors with that tattoos, wow........ He is crazy good and really understands design. Price was about 10% higher then another company that quoted me. But the product had me from the time I touched it, the weight was so heavy, so solid, the rust, weather and heat protection, was superb. Day of the installation was fast and efficient, no corners were cut. The paint job was flawless, the crews spoke English, and would answer any question I had. They worked so hard, I had to feed them lunch. My husband is overly picky, and he actually didn't have a negative comment at all. So I was happy, especially after he didn't want to spend that much money. Love That Door truly rocks

Dallas Attorney less than a minute ago Colleyville, TexasI have contacted Love That Door for a multiple door order and approximatly 320 feet of iron stairs. Paid a 17,000.00 deposit. Job is done now, the only dissatisfaction I had, I had hoped that this would be a very clean job. They created tents around the doors to stop the cold air, and tempoary plastic walls to install the iron hand rail, but the dust still found its way out. Love That Door, volunteered to have the house cleaned and dusted, but it was just part of doing a job. It took a extra 3 days to get the final touch up addressed, as the roads were frozen over. If you want to send me a message, I would be happy to share my experience with Love That Door and this project with anyone. Eitt that being said, neither I or my wife could be any happier ior pleased. I do not know Chads previous history in life, but after spending a little over 240k on a interior remodel, and dealing with several contractors and other business, I would have to say, Love That exceeded any and all my expectations. I love my door. First class door, first class service.

Mr Beware, also known as SIGNS BY RANDY....Sir you drive by the Frisco store, and have a look at our lighted sign. And you tell me if we owe you any money. It DOESNT EVEN WORK, and when it does it blinks on and off. Really!!!! If you want your money, for the 20th time, come fix the sign, make it work properly......thank you Chad

Beware! These people do not pay their bills We did their sign years ago and they still owe us hundreds. We tried numerous times to get paid but they blow us off. Nice doors but not good people. Go somewhere else

I got my door installed today after having it custom built. The installation and the service was great, and the crew was phenomenal. I would highly recommend love that door to anybody who truly believes in the art, quality, and craftsmanship of their door.

Door was beautiful, price was great, but the promises made when we purchased the door were forgotten and installation was difficult to get answers on how to install deadbolt, level, etc. Make sure you have the locks, and they install when they deliver because, if not, the process is not easy.
