Best Thai food in Frisco

Best Thai is a fantastic place to eat in Frisco! Food is amazing and service is wonderful! The Chicken Panang is out of this world as is the Pad Thai. Great for take out as well! I highly recommend this restaurant!

A solid standby

We've visited about 5-6 times over the past year. On each occassion we've received prompt, friendly service from the waitstaff. We've tried several dishes and found the portions and flavors very good. Overall, this is an excellent place to enjoy some good food and service in a comfortable atmosphere.

We had a bad experience

We had a pleasant meal which included good food. I enjoyed the Orange chicken and would recommend it. The serving size was medium for an individual, and the price was about right for the serving size at about $12 a plate. My wife loved her crab but I found it tasted lousy probably because I'm used to sea food from Rhode Island and Maine. Overall this was a score of 5 out of 10, with a recommendation for those who enjoy Thai food. If you are not a lover of Thai food this resteraunt will not convert you.

However, our bad experience occured when I placed my credit card in the holder and the waitress took it to the cashier for processing only to return accusing me of not giving her a credit card. I don't know what happened to it, but I cancelled my card, and I have a huge hassle now to change all my direct payments. Worst, when I began looking for my card, the waitress and manager were obviously upset and it became clear through their actions, body language, eye rolling, and expressions, that they were only concerned about my ability to pay. We had other credit cards, and made payment with tip as well, but the manager failed to call me back later that night when they cleaned up or the next day, nor did they offer a sufficient apology. I really hated this because it was my credit card lost while in their posession and yet they gave me a hard time. I think customer service was ok at best, but this problem with the credit card made the experience terrible.

Best Thai in Frisco I've had so far

I've ordered take-out and dined-in at Best Thai and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend the basil fried rice! Service was great and food came out fast. I prefer Best Thai over Zak 8 (previously Thai Frisco)

Too bad they don't deliver - I would order all the time!

Lousy Service

Ambience is ok, but the service is really bad. The restaurant can sit atleast 30 person. The day we visited, two family was already seated. There was 4 wait stuff. We waited almost 20 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant with 4 wait stuff. Then I walked upto one of the wait stuff near a cash register laughing and talking with another all this time, I was very rudely ask to wait some more. We had lost our appetite after waiting for 20 minutes and we left.
