Universal Biomedical Research Laboratory (UBRL) is a divsion of Universal Biopharma Research Institute INC. (UBRI, INC.). UBRI has been providing clinical research services for over fifteen years. UBRL is headquartered in Fresno, CA. UBRL offers services in 3 core areas: Livestock Diagnostic Services was envisioned to provide diagnostic services for efficient herd management. Our goal is to provide both owners & Veterinarians the tool for monitoring and improving livestock health to maximize herd productivity. Pre-Clinical Research Services is compliant with the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) Regulations. Central Laboratory Testing Services is a CLIA/CA state compliant moderate complexity reference laboratory. We are accredited by COLA and are proud recipient of COLA Mark of Excellence.
