I went in because I'm sick. I was the second walk in patient who had signed in. They had two people with appointments who rescheduled. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told they refused see me because they didn't have time to see me. The staff, even the office manager, were rude and dismissive. They don't care about how people feel, they just don't want to help people get better. One star is too generous for this so called doctor's office.

Dr. Vu has always been very attentive I have been suffering from stomach pains for months she has done everything she can to keep me comfortable and explore every option to help get to the bottom of it... I am very grateful for her care and concern I would not go anyplace else you know she cares.....

Dr. Vu is a horrible PA. She does not care at all about her patients health at all. She tells you before ever even examining you that to many doctors give our way to many antibiotic and there is nothing she can do except tell you that some over the counter medications is all you need. She has done this to me twice in the last few years. Which means I always have to run to an E.R. after the visit with Dr. Vu to be treated and get help. She leaves you in pain and could care less and just says there is nothing she can do. It's horrible. I am in the process of filing a complaint on her with the medical board for both visits.. Which both times I had to go to the E.R. and get help.

Dr. Garnica's female colleague is very rude and unprofessional. My first appointment was with Dr. Garnica, I felt comfortable enough to change pediatricians, for my 3 month old daughter (at the time), for the convenience. Our appointment for our daughter was assigned to Dr. Garnica's colleague. FIRST, she wore a VERY revealing shirt. Exposing most of her breasts and bra. I was with my husband! SECOND, when I informed her I wasn't ready to give my daughter vaccines, because I am a stay at home mother, nor consistantly around other children. She did NOT listen. She stood up and said, "I'll get the nurse to get those shots ready." She named off 5 shots!!! I flipped out. "No way!" I said. She then threatened not being able to see my daughter ever again, if I didn't give her the vaccines. Oh well!! I switched my daughter back to her orginial doctor. THIRD, I had made 2 appointments close together (for real medical issues). She made me feel like I was lying about my conditions. Dr. Garnica needs too find an another colleague! He was great, but that was about it.
