A professional inspection begins with a full check of the property for any visible water or mold damage, the inspector taking notes of any areas of elevated moisture and/or visible mold. Air samples are taken, as well as surface samples of any suspect mold. Testing is performed back at an independent lab. A full analysis report will be made available to you and our offices following testing.
