My mother has been a resident in the MCU for 2+ yrs at GLS-Fresno. She has had excellent care. As a RN myself I know the challenges of providing patient care. The staff members are professional, courteous, helpful, kind, willing to assist patients and their family members or friends. One of the first things that I noticed about GLS when you walk in is that is does not have the usual long-term care facility smell. Things are clean & well kept. I feel that the staff members treat my mother as she is a family member and I see them giving this same treatment to other patients.
