      General Info
      Wastewater Management Division offers a range of wastewater treatment and reclamation services. It operates a wastewater treatment plant, as well as provides water recycling solutions. The division also administers pretreatment and salinity reduction programs. Wastewater Management Division issues wastewater discharge permits to various packing houses, laundries, rendering facilities and wineries. The division is a part of the Department of Public Utilities, which is responsible for the provision of water, sewer, sanitation and solid waste services for residential and commercial customers. The Department of Public Utilities is managed by The City of Fresno in California, which operates through general services, finance and fire departments.
