Its the day after valentines and My wife never recieved her flowers or chocolate covered strawberries, but I sit here with a reciept that shows I paid for them. I contacted the store to speak to a manager and was spoken very rude to and unprofesional to by "messenger". I would hope someone would respond right away. This is ridiculous that I paid for something, never got it and I cant even speak to a manager to resolve this issue.

This place absolutely ruined our valentine's day. At 10am on V-day my GF was called to confirm the location for the delivery which takes the surprise out of the whole thing!! but that is not the kicker.



She confirmed the location and was promised a call back. At 3:00 when she was leaving work she called them due to no phone call. They again said they would call back. I called at 3:30 and changed the delivery to come to the house and asked that I get an ETA. Without boring you with the details no calls back, I had to call them back multiple times and every time was promised a call back with an ETA. Well, it became extremely important to get the time as dinner reservation time was imminent. I called them back again and they could not give me a time. 8 phone calls over 2 hours and no calls back, no flowers, no chocolates, no balloons and no teddy bear. I had to cancel the order which the manager was all too happy to do instead of trying to get my delivery to me.



DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!! YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER MAY BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I received a "Happy Face" mug floral arrangement for my last day of work from a co-worker. The colors were so vivid and the flowers so fresh, tucked inside a cheerful mug... I have to let you know that it instantly brought a smile to my face that lasted all day long!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on their website before 8am in the morning. Recieved a call from them the next day saying they got the fax after 4pm and was it okay to deliver the flowers on the 2nd day. Obviously not a reliable company if you use their website and cannot get flowers delivered the same day
