the manager is a b**** she rude and ghetto she knock on my door told me i couldn't have vistors . and it was just family came over ....

Who cancels a move in on the move out date? These apartments tried to rip off my little sister, she was suppose to move it March 1st but they moved it to march 2nd in order to get the unit up to "their standards" as soon as we show up they say they were not able to replace the carpet because upper management didn't approve it then they showed us the unit and it was filthy and disgusting, it smelled like wet dog and we found dead roaches inside the cabinets. The carpet was filthy and was torn up on the edges. I can't believe this was what they considered to be up to their standards. They did not offer to repair the apartment and have it move in ready for my sister instead It all ended with the manager rudely telling my sister to look for somewhere else to rent. They did not care that my sister waited 2months to move in and that she had given them her deposit 2 months ago as well. They did not care that She had set up her cable,pg&e & rented a uhuAl for nothing

love this place...great location... its close to my work ..the apartment looks like new...i love the pool area...its great...there is even playgrounds for our kids....this is a quet place to live...i think its because the manager is on top of things...

Great new management & staff. Very attentive and they seem like family to us. Landscape is beautiful and well maintained. Very quiet and very peaceful and feel very safe here. Apartments are spacious and I love the large patios. Great for entertaining. Family comes over all the time and they even love the place.
