Not sure why people traveled for measurements or why they thought they received bad service, I believe sometimes it's the person not the business. I received exceptional service, I had to get measured twice due to weight loss and everything fit perfectly. All was on time and turned out awesome. I'd refer this business to anyone that doesn't want to pay the outrageous prices they charge at other bridal shops. You can order from catalog or pick in store. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Formal wear for high school dances is also available.

So far I am very impressed. I went in to order a dress for my daughters 15era. We looked for the one she wanted, did not find the exact one, but one very similar. I did not no how long it was going to take to arrive. It was ordered 12-30-13 n arrived 1-20-14. I was very impressed at how fast it arrived. We went in to have her fitted n yes it was exact dress we ordered and it fit her perfect, length and all. No alterations needed, not one. I is so beautiful. As far as ordering, the speed of arrival. Im one happy customer with this one purchase.

Very disappointed in the service. Getting measured was not too bad even though the fitting room was separated by nothing but a hanging cloth. I purchased a shirt and pants that seemed a bit overpriced. I paid it no mind because a close friend chose this place for his groomsmen. When I picked up my purchase, I sat back and observed a small child pulling down clothes to the floor that had been purchased and the young lady working there didn't say anything to prevent it. I had been there about 10 minutes and no one even said "I will be with you shortly or as soon as possible." Finally another lady came from the back and helped me. The day of the wedding, upon close inspection I found my newly purchased overpriced clothes had coffee stains that someone tried to clean but failed. Too late to fix. I called the shop and was told the boss wasn't there and that I would receive a call that I never received. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Spend your money somewhere they know how to conduct business properly.

I was completely disappointed by this hole in the wall dress shop. I was recommended to go through this place for my bridesmaids dresses. I only had 3 bridesmaids. I picked out a simple strapless red dress with silver trim. They were a little overpriced, but they had the colors I wanted so I went ahead and ordered the dresses 5 months before my actual wedding day. I was promised that all the dresses would arrive at the same time, and that all alterations would be free. Neither of those promises were kept. The dresses came 2 weeks appart. The dresses did not fit my girls even though they took measurements before hand. I told them that I would need alterations, and they told me it would be $35 per dress?! My mother had to alter the dresses herself! Not only that, but when the last dress finally came they tried to say that it was not paid in full!! I had to call my mom and get the recipt number. I then told them the recipt number and had to wait a half hour just for them to check on the r
