I have been happy with their service for basic simple drop in copying- you know where you walk in with a paper and they copy it. This time I wanted to use their computer and color printer. There was already someone using it, which is fine. But their air conditioning isn't working and there was no chair to wait in. So I tried to give them a post it with my number so they could call me when it was free. But they just told me the customer was almost done. A worker was unsuccessfully trying to get the printer to work. I left. Unsatisfied.

Guess you can't give zero stars....



What a joke. I thought this would be a convenient place to have a couple things scanned so they could be emailed. Just to be prudent I called the establishment and asked (with specifics) if they could accomplish what I needed. They said that they could, indeed. Great!



Upon arrival at the store, however, I was told their scanner was broken. I persisted b/c I had been told differently over the phone. So then the dude who greeted me suddenly realized that the other guy in the back had a scanner and it was he who I spoke to. The guy who greets me asks the other employee if he "has time" to scan a couple of things for me (would've taken two minutes, almost literally). He says "No, have him leave them." Its at this point I am rather annoyed and ask him why he didn't tell me over the phone why his business couldn't conduct its business. His response: "Uh, oh, sorry, I didn't know you wanted that done today..." Well, maybe he should've thought to mention that when I was getting info.



Stay away from this lousy store. Run by discourteous idiots who don't value customers very much, that's for sure. Very willing to just let business walk out the door because they're too busy to do the tasks they advertise. Just go to Kinko's. I'd be embarrassed if I owned that store. Laughable incompetence and lack of simple common sense.
