Ordered birds 3 months ago and waited until May 31 for them to hatch. I called as soon as they opened on the 31st to let them know I had a death in the family and needed to upgrade the shipping to ensure the birds arrived before I left out of town for the funeral. They claimed they couldn't change the shipping the day of hatching. I have been trying to get the tracking # to check arrival date, but they claim they do not have it. This company and employees are so unhelpful! They obviously do not care anything about the animals they sell once they have gotten your money! Will never order from these rude people again!
