      Established in 1985, The Seneca Center is a mental health care organization that provides treatment for children and families with emotional and psychological disturbances. It offers community- and family-based medical and educational services. The Seneca Center provides individualized treatment planning, personal ability evaluation and mental health status assessment services. It works to promote stability, long-term success and self-sufficiency skills in individuals of all ages. The organization also offers several certification training programs for foster parents and health care employees, interns and trainees. It additionally provides classes related to CPR, first-aid and computers. The Seneca Center maintains a facility in Fremont, Calif.
