Hello.. I have never used Kathy's prior and since I was from Fremont, CA felt I would give her my business. I know she does beautiful work fromt he reviews I have read but she definitely needs to polish her customer service and her voice; She did not make me feel comfortable with her comments about "how she needed to get going to do some orders" and rushing me in mine. So, if she can improve in this area, she will have my business when I need flowers. She made a Beautiful fall arrangement for a Funeral; SunFlowers and Red Roses.. I know it had to be beautiful ..
