I went there on a Monday morning to get an oil change on my Honda Pilot. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, the guy at the front desk asked to speak to me about some "issues". He informed me that my back brakes were in really bad shape and that it was a serious safety issue. He advised me to get them done ASAP. He also mentioned that my outer tire rods needed to be replaced as well as a computerized 4-wheel alignment needed to be done. He kept stressing that the back breaks should be done right then and there. He printed out a detailed report of everything that needed to be taken care of. It totaled $621.00. I had a coupon for the oil change. I paid $23.00 and left. My back brakes were not making any noise and I did not feel the brakes giving out or anything. Anyways, I remembered that a while back I received a letter from Honda about recalls that needed to be taken care of. I brought my car in today. They told me the complete opposite. Brakes are in great shape.

I cant say enough good thing about this Midas shop. Chris went above and beyond to help me with a situation that could have cost me thousands of dollars. As a woman, I am always leary of car repair shops, but the honesty and integrity that I encountered here has earned Midas a lifetime customer.
