Woke up to find a puddle of water in front of my refrigerator and found food thawing in freezer compartment and started calling around and no company would come right out (those that at least answered) We found IMMEDIATE APPLIANCE on Google- called and a very sweet woman by the name Beverly told me "calm down,,we will help you" Well 'HELP" they did!!!!!!Rob the owner was at my home within the hour and replaced the motherboard without any emergency charges. THEY ARE TERRIFIC!!!!!!

We had Immediate out to fix our oven during an inspection to sell our house the day of , the inspector for the buyer said the oven wasn't lighting fast enough and he was actually wrong ... we called immediate and we were giving a 2 hour window and we explained to John that the inspector would not wait 2 hours and said he would continuing the inspection and he would come back to the oven...John moved his techs schedule around and Vince replaced the ignitor and I sold my house that day.

With people being skeptical of using a company for the first time... I can tell you I'm one of those people, but I was pleasantly surprised from the initial call I was in touch with Beverly and I asked her if she was a call center dispatcher and she said "no" and laughed and said t"she gets that a lot"... I just wanted to know that I was getting a company that would have a face to it and not a dispatch center with sub contractors like the first two companies I called. Beverly gave me a window of 8-10am and long a behold Mike was pulling up at 9:10am... the nice thing about it was Beverly called me 20 minutes before Mike was at my house with a courtesy call regarding Mikes arrival. Mike was professional and friendly, he explained although my dryer was on the older side it was in his opinion that it was a keeper!! I would recommend these guys to everyone!
