      Not at all as nice as the brochure

      I recently visited this community and was not at all impressed. I Had a picture of one of the rental properties from a rental guide magazine and was shocked to learn that it was computer enhanced. I was able to speak with some of the Tenants ( I accidently ran over their trash can ***oops**) and they advised that the Management company is below average at best. Major complaint was that they were not in tune with what was going on in the neighborhood and their response time for needed repairs on units was very slow. Granted I only spoke to one tenant but I guess I was very disappointed in what I saw. I felt my drive with my girlfriend from Richmond could have been better used
