Medical services were fine. My problem stemmed from billing office located in India. They called me with incorrect information about the date and cost of services and the personnel were incoherent (in English), curt and rude, and provided me with a bill paying website that has been reported by several scam alert websites as very risky. I wound up checking out several avenues before I found a relatively safe way to pay my bill.
