We gave this shop 3 chances and last night was the last attempt. Their haircuts are awful even from the senior stylists. You would think they would bend over backwards to make you feel like a rockstar since the shop is always empty and you can get an appointment same-day with ease. They charged us last night for a shampoo they didn’t even give to my mother. They cut her hair wet and completely cut it to their vision, not what my mother or I instructed them to do. If you want great service and a great cut, go somewhere else.
