      Since 1977, Golden Triangle Construction has provided total construction services to clients of the Longmont, Colo., area. The construction company s client list includes a variety of educational facilities and athletic parks as well as offices buildings and retail centers. Its capabilities consist of the construction of new buildings and entire complexes, renovations, tenant finishes, remodels and special projects. Pre-construction services offered include scheduling, cost estimating, site selection, proforma estimates, project scheduling, value engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering review, subcontractor prequalification and bid package development. In addition, construction services offered are quality control program, safety management, schedule control, experienced onsite management, project management and reporting systems and cost control. Design build services include oversight of conceptual design, space planning, oversight of material selection and constructibility. Also, the company specializes in post construction services.
