they call in the morning asking to come that day. when you tell them you are not in town they tell you ill call you later in the week to make a appointment to come by. a week goes by and you hear nothing heading out the door because oyu have plans with your family they call and say they are on the way so i canceled my plans to h ave my tv fixed. 3 hours ;ater get a call saying they r not coming and they would rather just fill another clam saying it cant be fixed. now i am stuck with a broken tv and the worst customer service i have had yet dealing with a tv. not worth your time.
