Monarch Investment and Management Group owns and manages apartment complexes in 21 states throughout the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast United States. Monarch has been actively involved in real estate since 1992. We are currently the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHS (2023). We are more than just a broker and more than just a property management company. We research, acquire, own, operate, and maintain all of our properties. We are personally invested and highly motivated to maintain high occupancy rates and effectively manage properties to provide the best rental experience possible.
