I've been going here and was really with the progress. I've lost 30 pounds and I'm 42 in the best shape of my life, thanks to Ries! It is a fun atmosphere and look forward to going every week!

Visited this place last week. I thought the staff was great and very informative. It was very busy when I went but they explained things well to me. I believe the whole process took fast and was catered well. The service I received was excellent. The weight loss program is the best.

My experience with White Oak Wellness was wonderful. I was well informed prior to accepting the program and knew what was expected of me to accomplish successful weight loss. I have tried other weight loss programs in the past but this program taught me how to make lifestyle changes to my eating habits. There were NO INJECTIONS involved and it involved eating healthy, non-processed foods. All natural supplements were included and no stimulants were used. I did not experience hunger during the program. I learned to eat foods my body actually needs and avoid those foods that it doesn't need. The staff is very knowledgeable and supportive.
