I Love Dunkin Donuts, I like the donuts, the coffee and even their morning sandwiches. The reason i'm writing this review is because i think Their employees taking the orders should think about what costumer service really means. We were there on a Sun morning, and not only the "lady" taking orders seemed to be tired of it (it was around 9 am) she simply had a bad attitude towards everyone. A young lady came in and had a coupon, she rolled her eyes to that. A gentleman payed with coins, she rolled and sighed to him. A group of boys came in she moved them over so they "wouldn't be in the way". She didn't even let me finish ordering, i had to get back in line to "reorder" because she didn't let me complete the order. I hope someone helps her understand that the reason she is there taking our obnoxious orders is because we CHOOSE to be there and i hope she finds a job that she truly enjoys because taking orders does not seem to be it. DD's image should not go down 'cause 1 bad apple. Thx.

I stopped buying here because donuts were stale the last 3 times I bought them. The purchases were all made between 9 am and 10 am. When I complained they suggested that I come earlier in the morning. That would not help as these donuts were obviously not made that morning and eating stale donuts even earlier is not a suggestion I was going to accept. Their coffee is OK, but I can get better at home. Breakfast sandwiches are made from food that was cooked some time in the past and heated in a microwave or steam oven. This store may not have sufficient business to turnover inventory often enough to assure freshness. Selling stale product is a sure way to reduce business further thus compounding a problem. A management change is necessary.
