I was a patient at frh in October 2010 and my Dr was away for one day so Dr young saw me during his absence. At the time Dr young came in to see me and to my amaze...pulled up a chair and talked to me for an hour and a half about my current condition and also my history. This Dr (Dr young) took more time to see me and talk to me then my own doctor did in the ten days I was in the hospital. I was complaining of my back hurting severely and since my doctor didn't believe me he did nothing. Dr young ordered hot bags for my back and turned me to my side. He also ordered something for me to sleep since I was not sleeping well. Dr young spoke to me about his and my concerns...medications...back pain..and me. This was the best care I have ever received at the lakes region area including frh...lrgh...concord hospital and definitely the franklin emergency room. By the way..my spine was out at a 40 degree angle...had a broken disk...and this information was in my .chart during my whole stay from an x-Ray taken a month prior but my Dr never read it nor did he order new tests. I suffered for my entire stay until my brother called my doctor and insisted he refer me out for my back..the look on my doctors face when I made an appt to just have him bring up the MRI and x-rays was PRICELESS.....
