Whether you come to us for a repair or tires, expect to be treated like family. We'll take care of you and your vehicle as if it were our own. No matter what services you choose to rely on us for, we know you won't be disappointed by what we have to offer. Visit us Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our shop at 79 Grove Street in Franklin, MA. We know how much you depend on your vehicle for so many things: soccer games, baseball games, dance recitals, volunteering in your child's classroom....without your vehicle you would be lost. That's why we strive to make your appointments with us as efficient as possible. Our History We started in a small building in 1998 down the street from our current location. It was just Patrick and Bob in the beginning. The business grew quickly and we added our first employee in 1999 and he is still with us. We now have 9 employees including our father Bob and our sister Jean. While the building served us well in the beginning, it quickly became apparent that we would need a larger facility to serve our fast growing customer base. We began our search in 2002 and in late 2003 we were able to purchase a piece of land that is our current location. Thankfully we didn't have to change our name! We finished construction and moved into our new location in July 2005. This new facility has enabled us to provide the level of service our customers need and deserve. As we grew, we also realized we did need a name change which would reflect our primary services, the vehicle maintenance and repairs. We still provide towing and vehicle recovery services as well. We also recently updated our software program both in the office and in the shop, enabling us to offer you more streamlined communication, including pictures of recommended repair items. A Commitment to Developing Our Technicians We're proud to be an auto repair shop and tire dealership that holds certifications from some of the industry's best organizations, including TECHNET, ASE, ASA, ACCC, and TIA. Our Franklin, MA auto repair shop is also recognized by the BBB. We're dedicated to giving you the best possible experience when you bring your car to us - but we also go the extra mile for our employees. One of our goals is to provide our technicians with an educational path to success that will enable them to grow within our company. Several of our technicians have prepared for and taken the "L1" certification exam. This is the highest level of competency in the automobile repair industry. This exam can only be taken after you have taken and passed the A8, Master Technician exam. Learn more about the commitment it takes to attain these designations.
