Horrible customer service! Ordered furniture from them and set up a delivery date in advance. Well, they NEVER ordered the furniture and wouldnt have delivered it on the pre arranged date if it had arrived at the store because they over booked thier deliveries for that day. They couldnt even return my call to find out the status on WHEN and IF the furniture would ever arrive and get ordered. I will never buy from them again, sad to say I was a long time customer. Thier excuse for the mess up was they had a new manager start 6 weeks ago to straighten out the store....bad choice for a new manager if you ask me. I shouldnt even give them one star! Just found out that the furniture I had chose for them to order over a week ago is no longer in stock! What a pity
