Horrible customer service ! I've been loyal a customer for 6'years but due to last 2 years of " low usage" they made me change from 400 gal. Tank to 100 gal. Tank . Now they are refusing to refund my money 787.50 for difference ! They say i have leave my money there and use it for future deliveries of witch they think they can charge me 3.15 a gal because that's how much i paid origanaly when there current price is 2.65 ! When i told them come get the new tank im getting new company they now say i owe rental fees , pick up fee 75.00 and will charge Me .75 per gal for re-stocking fee. Because im a low use customer now they can't make a profit off the money they owe me ! If you are looking for an honest reliable affordable energy company run far away from harbor point !

Laurie answer the phone promtly and cheerfully. A repair person will be dispatched and hopefully, their charge will be reasonable! So far, so good!
