I have had dental work by Dr Smith for many years and have always been happy with my dental work. Also have been happy with my routine cleanings. He has recommended specialist when the need arose (endodontist). I have always been treated with respect by both the dentist, hygienist, and office staff.

He is a good dentist but his staff is obnoxious. He made over $1000 dollars off me and my insurance, but his staff threatened to turn me over to collections over $149.00 that I had made arrangements to pay. They then began calling my work. I had told one of his staff when I came in for follow up in November, I would pay any balance remaining. No matter how good a dentist is, his staff can ruin it if they have no tact. I had several additional procedures pre-authorized through my insurance there, but they will now be done in another dental clinic.
