My parents changed there mind and decided to try another tax service. Dillon Tax services became very nasty and refused to give them there tax imp formation back. I do not recommend this company, they should be shut down....terrible service.

I would not recommend this Tax Service to ANYONE. My husband and I filed our taxes because they were actually referred to us......what a joke..it cost us $135, the UN-Qualified lady gave us Absolutely no options or advice on how to get the best deal and the most money back. Usually, I am very calm and will give someone the benefit of the doubt but I can't this time......we got back about $1000 LESS than if we went somewhere else(we found out 1 hr later). When I called back 1 1/2 hrs after leaving to ask for our W2's and personal papers back, I was told by the Mr Dillon himself that there was nothing they could do and we pretty much got the best deal possible....even when I explained what I found out and what our return was in 2006-2007. Again, he told me thatt everything was done on there part and that was it. I told him we were very disappointed and would not be back...I guess they don't ned our business because he nonchalantly responded by saying he had explained everything he could.
