Provided by YP.comI ordered boots for my husband two weeks ago and never got a tracking number via email. I have called and when I wasn't on hold or just got a busy signal I have talked to the same woman repeatedly. She was very very rude hung up on me and made many excuses as to why my husbands boots haven't been shipped out. If I don't receive my order soon I will be filing a claim through the BBB which gives them a F rating. This company is very rude and don't know how they have stayed in business since 1946. Customer Service is horrible how can you treat people bad and expect to stay in business. Please look at reviews before ordering. Never order on a whim. This company hopefully will close. I have done more research on them and you will find them listed on the Rip off report and countless reviews they have with a horrible rating. Don't give them your money find another company to order from. Kingsize direct is a replicable company. Highly recommend.

Provided by YP.comBeware! I placed an order online in October and never received a confirmation e-mail. I immediately sought to cancel the order by phone but their customer service line was continuously busy. Since I didn't get an email order confirmation I thought (wrongly) that the order had not gone through, so I forgot about it. Wrong! Approximately 3 weeks later they debited my card. Once again, I tried to call and couldn't get through, so I waited for the package so I could refuse it and ship it back. The package never came, so I finally got through on their local business number. The CS person put me on hold without telling me she was doing so and I e-mailed them (after FINALLY finding their e-mail address on the site which is listed, btw, as TallBig@aol.com) and told them to call me back, which she did. She claimed that my order had been shipped to another customer who had "kindly" let them know they had received something they hadn't ordered. She said they wanted to know if I wanted them to send him a shipping label to me... or... And I said I WANT A REFUND. She initially said they had to wait for the other customer to return the item but I insisted on a refund since they had my money for several weeks and there had been no communication from them. She said she would have to talk to a manager, and went off the phone for a moment (NOT long enough to explain to a manager) and came back and said the money would be credited to my card. That was 9 days ago. When I called again today she (once again) put me on hold without telling me she was doing so. After 8 minutes I hung up and opened a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STOUT MENS SHOP/BIGMEN.COM! The local BBB rates them at an 'F' with 29 delivery issues. There are many reviews similar to mine on other sites. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE!
Order online 6 weeks prior to needing garment. Site said receipt within 10 days.16 days later, I called the service dept during the hours on the site and spoke to the "tailor." He couldn't help and that I should call later when "those people get in" around 9:30/10:00. Called at 11:30 spoke to lady first explained problem, she passed me to a man who told me the coat I ordered was on back order. He had another coat in stock much like the one I ordered in black vs grey he could ship that day.(10/25/11). I asked if he could ship 2-Day Air, I needed it for a trip. "No problem, I'll get it out today." 9 days later called,again spoke to the tailor. Customer Service isn't in, they come in around 11:00. Called back A lady answered, gave her my odr # and before I could explain I was on hold. Came back, coat in shipping to arrive next week Tuesday. I asked can you ship over night? NO and starts yelling. I told her what pleasure it was to work with her and would never do business w/them again.
