I'm a tech savvy person and generally handle PC/laptop issues for both me and my family and friends. Whenever I get stumped, or get stuck with a computer in really bad shape that would just take me too long to figure out and fix, I bring it to Anthony. Whether you want someone to put together a new machine for you, or you just need the current unit fixed up and cleaned, Anthony is very ethical and knowledgeable.

Anthony does a great job fixing and upgrading your computer. Never had an issue with his services and he does try his best in saving your data. I would have to say if you messed up your computer to the point of no return, I doubt anyone would be able to save your data. My advise is, back it up onto a separate drive. I will always go back to Open Arc to either fix or build my computer.

I have been taking my computers to Anthony at Open Arc since 2003...I would NOT go to anyone else! He is the BEST! The most reasonable and very honest! I have even purchased a machine from him and have always been extremely satisfied! He is very knowledgeable and has always explained everything before he does any work.
