General Info

Dr. Pete Lovato completed his BS in exercise physiology from Marquette University in 2007. After college he worked as a personal trainer, marathon/triathlon coach, and a high school varsity hockey coach in the northern Illinois suburbs before earning his 4 year Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2013. Dr. Lovato then completed his 3 year forefoot, reconstructive rearfoot & ankle residency at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center in Chicago, IL completing his training in 2016. Dr. Lovato then joined Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists as a full-time DPM). He is on staff at Northwestern Hospitals and Advocate Sherman and Good Shepherd Hospitals.
