I lived here from Feb 2013 to Oct 2013. I didn't think it was fair to pay my neighbors bills as they combined the utilities for everyone to pay. The lady in the office agreed to let me move out without penalty because I was 7 months pregnant and having complications. I needed to be closer to my friends. I moved out and was billed $1500 even though my apartment had been rented out before I moved out. The place was filthy when I moved in and I cleaned it before I moved out. When I moved the stove, I found mold under the stove and left it because I wasn't going to endanger my unborn baby. There is a building on the site that has been condemned for over 10 years and still hasn't been torn down. Neighborhood seems great until the moon rises than the gangs emerge. Not a family friendly place.

the price is cheap and it is close to fort carson and other places but there are problems with the apartments. they are not energy sufficient and you pay COMBINED utilities which means the people who live next to you that blast their music all night long...you are PAYING for them to keep you up all night. there are health issues within the apartments. since we have lived here we have suffered many symptoms from what we are sure is black mold. there are several buildings in the complex but EVERY building has a mold problem. the manager seems nice and the maintenence guy is nice but they are COSMETIC people...that means they fix things to make them look pretty. they just seal the mold up in the walls and hope no one else notices the problem. and thats only AFTER they ignore you for a few months and you report them to the proper people. i understand they are busy but mold is serious. MILITARY FAMILIES STAY AWAY formerly known as royalty place apartments its BLACKLISTED!!!
