Provided by YP.comMy experience with this bank in one word: BEWARE! This bank is unethical. They were not honest about my refi's, and when compared to other banks in the area, they will rip you off. I felt like they could care less about me as a customer. If they can find a way to screw you over once they get you as a member, they will. They have no integrity or compassion for their customers. Remember how Wendy's fast food restaurants were prior to Dave Thomas dying? How the burgers were twice the size they are now and you got somewhat of a good value? Then he died and everything got cheaper, less quantity, service, value, quality, and less ethical? Well, the same could be said about this bank. When they were Colorado Mountain Bank, they were great. Then they changed their name to First State Bank of Colorado and it went downhill. This bank is in the same category in my mind as the banks currently operating on Wall Street--unethical in every way. Avoid this bank--you'll be sorry if you don't!
