Absolute worst car wash I have ever gotten. The windows were so streaked, both inside and out, that it was almost impossible to see where you were going when the sum was shining on them. The side window had what appeared to be shoe polish or paint on it that was not there when the car was brought in. The interior still had dust and stuff on the dash that was there before the wash. I have never had to pay to have the car "wiped down" after the wash, but had to do so at this place. ($5.00) More like a shake down than a wipe down. I will be happy to tell as many people as I can to not pay to have your car professionally cleaned at this place. I suggested that my wife take the car back and show them what a lousy job they did, but she didn't want them touching the car again.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash and lube center. First of all, the lube center changed the oil and afterwards the car did not drive the same way that it did before they had it. (Not sure if one of them hit a curb with it?) The next thing is the car wash experience. The car did not look as if it had been touched on the inside. When I asked management about it, he was rude and could care less that I had a problem. His response to me was, "you better pay the full amount or we will press charges." Wow! I can honestly say this was the worst customer service experience of my life, not to mention the damage to my vehicle. I don't usually post my opinion on products/services, but in this case I wanted to warn the public about this operation.

Best car wash in town! Worth every cent, finally a business that takes pride in their work.

They regularly have to wash a car more than once. The service is mediocre at best, and the employees would much rather horse around with each other than clean cars

I recently drove my wife's new Lexus thru some very sticky mud. She was not pleased to say the least. I asked Red Carpet, on a Sunday AM, to do what they could for the $19.95 deluxe wash. The manager, John, actually helped clean the undercarriage. He stopped the line for over 5 minutes. Then, after running the car thru, did it again. I took the car home with no trace of the mud. Red Carpet may have lost a little money on me this trip but will make it up with a completely satisfied customer who will be out there selling their service. Thanks for saving my bacon.
