Established in 1946, the Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences offers a range of graduate and undergraduate programs to more than 1,000 students. It provides programs in nursing, social work, communication sciences, disorders, kinesiology and anesthesia. The college offers learning experiences through campus laboratories, hospitals, clinics, schools, fitness facilities and community service agencies. The Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences operates a speech and hearing clinic that provides services for over 200 families every year and serves as a professional practice site for students. It supports the mission of Texas Christian University (TCU), which was founded in 1873 and enrolls nearly 9,000 students. The Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences is located in Fort Worth, Texas.
