Russ Hagan has been my vet for 30 years. There is no one better or more caring. He worked on everything from horses to chihuahua's. And always went above and beyond.

I think most people "Google" when something is wrong. I find mentioning this to the doctor is unwelcome. Dr. Hagan listens and when I told him this he responded with a genuine and interested, "what did you find?" (I have not heard this response from any doctor, ever). I told him after hours of research I found what he did, it could be a dozen things. Also, Dr. Hagan is closed today when my dog has me really worried. I think Dr. Hagan heard this in my concise voice message and called me back to meet him at the office to take care of my puppy. When this place advertises they treat your pet like family, that is not an exaggeration. My puppy has a fever, tail between his legs, very little movement, yelping in pain kind of sick, and put his tail up and started wagging as soon as he was with Dr. Hagan. From Dr. Hagan, to his assistants with snake charming skills, my dog is under hypnosis of good feelings when in this office.

Dr. Hagan and his staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous....and, they love animals. I take my two Shih Tzus to him (one I transferred from another vet) and have been more than pleased with their care, well being and great follow-up.
