This is the worst doctor's office I've been too. I arrived on time, but as I waited for over an hour the waiting room started to fill up because the doctors were so late and it wasn't even noon! Now this is an ENT doc, so most of the patients were elderly and after all of the chairs were full and younger people had offered theirs up, the elderly had to stand. One women who brought her sons had them sit outside on the curb--it was in the high nineties, so we all felt bad for them. At the hour mark, a nurse came out and said, "The audiologist is running behind, you can continue to wait or reschedule." I chose not to wait, and not to reschedule, but to find a doctor's office that actually respected their patients enough to see that the ninety-year-old woman with a cane got a chair.
