I joined in the fall of 2008 and go with a friend. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of add on things that you can buy but there is no pressure to do so. One of the things I absolutely LOVE about it is that it is decorated in great, uplifting colors. You need to see it to understand -- it's just adorable!!! I can't say I lost any weight, but that is only because over the holidays I packed on a few pounds by not eating right. It is a great place for strengthening your muscles which is extremely important for women 40+. I do feel stronger. My girlfriend went on their weight reduction plan and lost 12 pounds in the first month and she continues to lose. I highly recommend finding a friend to attend with you if you are not motivated to go by yourself. I have met some really nice people there and have made some new friends.
