Location of dental office was very convenient. All staff was wonderful. However, I would never recommend this group to anyone, due to the way they handle the financial part of the practice. Their prices are on the high end and every visit I had to pay hundreds of dollars even with my dental insurance. Everyone in the office is nice and friendly but I don't like surprises to my pocketbook. The element of trust is gone.

I've had a great experience in going to this dental office. Like most people I don't enjoy going to the dentist. All of the employees I have encountered have been welcoming, friendly and competent. As long as I experience this attitude, etc. I will be going to Ballard

6 years ago Dr. Ballard did an implant on my daughter that had to eventually be re-done by another dentist. Because of this, Dr. Ballard and I agreed that the remaining balance in my account would be written off, but now after 6 years they are billing me again and writing me threatening letters so in order to avoid being sued I am being forced to pay them. Whatever you do stay away from this office. Its just not worth the heartache!!!!

It is unbelievable on how this place is highly rated...Comments below are way off from what these folks are doing to honest people. First off, these folks are way over their head in price... they are money hungry by the way they try to force unnecessary procedures and to top it off, they will not fight your case with your insurance. They do not go through the financials with you before recommending anything nor care if you go broke. All they are interested in is having as the highest $$. They play the nice guy role well and at the end, who give crap about the patient because he pays regardless... when you confront them, all they say is "sorry... you have to cough up the money we forced through your procedure.... I thougth I had told you how much this cost".... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY!

First time today! I could not believe how wonderful this whole office was! From the sweetie that talked to when I came in, to Ashley that cleaned my teeth-x-rays,etc.....meeting Dr. Ballard, to Julie that helped me figure out what to do next! They are so professional, yet so friendly. I hated I need 2 crowns, but I trust them all 100% -first time I met them!!!!! I would recommend this office to anyone!!!!!!! They are so nice and you can tell they all love their job!!!! Thanks Julie Dimas

I went in for fillings for 3 teeth. When I asked to see what my out of pocket charge would be it was different than what I was first quoted. The price was higher and I wanted to know why. The coordinator compared the records from my last visit with the current visit and noticed that I was being charged for 4 teeth. I was concerned. Dr. Ballard said that he wasn't sure why the records were different but that his staff was human and everyone makes mistakes. He then said I was welcome to go elsewhere if I wasn't comfortable. No apology. This is not the type of mistake someone working in a dental office should be making. Nor an answer you would expect from your dentist. I am appalled by the service and have requested my family's dental records for transfer. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

Thanks to the Dr.'s at Ballard family dentistry, I no longer have a phobia of the dentist. This was the most relaxing and I must say enjoyable experience. I had quite a bit of work done in one day but it was nice to get it all finished without the hassle of coming back with continued anxiety. They were so great and I will be referring all of my family and friends!

This is the BEST dentistry I have EVER been to. I am terrified of dentists and I have been my whole life. And I was scared when I first came to the office and told the assisstant that I was. She was very kind and understanding and reassured me that I wouldn't be hurt or anything like that. And Dr. Ballard was equally nice! I have never met a nicer guy or office. It's like they put kindness in their coffee or something. I have no idea what all these negative reviews are talking about, but seriously. This is the BEST dental office in Texas, seriously.

Thank you Dr. Ballard for being so patient with me and my dental phobia! Dr Ballard took time to sit with me and really explain everything. He did not rush me in and out like I've had trouble with in the past. Every visit has been wonderful and I highly recommend there office to everyone!

I was very scared. I have not been to the dentist in twenty years. This was the most wonderful experience in a dentist office ever. Not only are my teeth beautiful but more important to me I don,t have to be s a red any more.

Dr. Scott Ballard and his staff are absolutely AMAZING! I was terrified at what he would say about the stuff I needed done, but he was very patient and very thorough in his explanations of everything and they came up with a great plan for me. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life, I'm actually excited and looking forward to going to the dentist again and can't wait til my appointment date gets here. Ballard Family Dentistry is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. From the first phone call you make, they give you the best care anywhere.

Everybody needs to come to this office for dental treatment. The hygienist are very gentle and friendly. There is a wisdom tooth specialist for when my kids will need to have them taken out. There is a endodontist so I didn't have to find one myself. The dentist are so friendly.

Such a relief. I don't particularly care for going to the dentist. They were friendly, helpful, informative. Helped me through some work I needed done and have since seen my husband and children. We have really seen all areas they offer. I started with a toothache and had a root canal with their specialist and crown, which was really easy. My husband and kids have had checkups and teenager had her wisdom teeth removed. So relieved to find a place that treats us all and just about everything!

What an amazing office, the entire group is so nice and professional. Best experience ever!
