Never, ever, under any circumstances eat here. The waitress got the orders wrong. My wife ordered the foot long with pickle relish. She specifically said pickle relish to the waitress. When it was delivered, it did not have relish, so my wife asked for it. The waitress said they didn't have relish. My wife would not have ordered it if the waitress had told her they did not serve relish. We have ordered that item before and it was served with relish. Then the waitress made the mistake of saying to another staff member that my wife had never ordered relish. I was going to confront her, but decided she wasn't worth it.

I ordered the Frisco Melt with a salad. I received a Frisco Melt with fries. Another server noticed our drink glasses were empty, and brought my wife a refill. Apparently I was invisible.

The one bright-point was the manager. She profusely apologized and deducted my wife's meal from the bill. I would not make this review so harsh except similar things have happened before. And it is certainly not a fast food restaurant as the usual wait is twenty-minutes just to get the order taken. Two people across from us were still waiting for their orders when we left, and they had ordered shortly after we did. The family at another nearby table just got up and left.

Again, the manager was doing her best and should be commended for working hard to handle a very bad situation. Still, never again.

I work as a server third shift and I see people complaining about everything. What they don't know or understand is that we are always super understaffed, half our tips are stolen by other servers or other customers, or people don't even tip. We do the best we can to try to correct any issues. Most of the time if you have an issue with something we'll take it off the bill or remake it. Third shift servers have to seat guests, take orders, run food and drinks, make shakes, cash people out at the register, and do this sometimes all at the same time. We make minimum wage of $2.13 an hour and any tips we can make, which some nights it's not even worth coming in to work. So please remember this next time you complain about having to wait. And on top of everything we have to worry about people dining and dashing.

Great food. The frisco melt is a personal favorite. Definitely want to get a shake, any shake. Fast good service.

Food was good, fast. Check your bill, they tried to bill me for cheese on my burger when it was left off.

Great food! I especially like their brownie fudge sundae.

I had to wait a long time for my food to be served and by the time it was served, it was already cold so I was disappointed.
