They charged me $330 for break lines.. When i only needed about 4 foot of break line. AND I NEEDED BREAKS AND ROTORS. They came at me with "you need a sensor, and to do all this work we'll need another $550. . i drove my van for 2 days before I did My own breaks and rotors and didn't need another 500 in work just needed breaks. I was ripped off greatly.

I had heard a lot of good things about Fox & Fox, so I decided to bring my 135i in to have the oil filter housing and cooler gaskets replaced. The front desk service was fantastic. But, when I got my car back, the primary battery cable rail brackets were broken, and the gaskets were still leaking oil. I took my car into a BMW dealership thinking that my head gasket needed replaced when in-fact it was my oil filter housing and cooler gaskets that needed replaced. My coolant expansion tank and system is full of oil due to the poor service. The service professional at BMW said "(Fox & Fox) did a terrible job." I now have the possible problem of a ruined water pump/thermostat, turbos, and all hoses in the coolant system (which would cost an additional $5,400). I would not recommend Fox & Fox for any engine work.

once our van was towed to east side automotive and they informed us nothing was wrong.



when we broke down again only a few weeks later we took it to fox and fox ...

not only did they contact us asap.

and kept in touch with us.



they fix our problems fast, and good.

and with very reasonable cost which was a shock for a auto shop.



so i would recommend them to anyone now.
